Shipping & Returns
We do our best to process orders within 48-72 hours (except on holidays). Upon placement of your order, a confirmation email will be sent. Once your order has shipped, another email will be sent confirming shipping details. All shipments go through Canada Post and originate from Toronto. Please note due to COVID-19, shipping delays may occur. Purchases greater than $125 are eligible for free shipping within Canada. Please note this only applies to new purchases, not to returns or exchanges. For orders under $125, there is a flat fee rate of $12.
Local Delivery - Toronto
We partner with the amazing team at Mile 1 for our local delivery in Toronto. You have the ability to pick the time and date for your delivery. Purchases greater than $125 are eligible for free delivery within Mile 1's delivery radius. For orders under $125, there is a flat fee of $12. Please note if this option does not show for you, it is likely that you are outside of Mile 1's delivery radius.
We want you to love your purchase! If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Returns are eligible for a store credit and the unused items must be returned within 30 days of your receipt of the product. Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return of an item. We are not responsible should the item be lost in transit (we recommend tracking your package!)
We reserve the right to refuse products that have been used or worn. All tags must be attached to the original items.
All sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
